We are seeking a dedicated and caring Support Worker to join our team at Lammas Lodge, a 7-bedded residential service for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centered support to residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Support residents in daily activities, including personal care, and encourage participation in in-house activities and hobbies.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to manage challenging behaviors and promote a positive living environment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans, ensuring residents' needs are met.
