About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate BSL Female Support Worker to join our team at New Prospects.

As a BSL Female Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities to live the lives they choose.

With over 25 years of experience in supporting people with learning disabilities, we pride ourselves on providing a supportive and inclusive environment for our service users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide BSL support to individuals with learning disabilities
  • Support individuals to develop their skills and independence
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure high-quality support

Requirements:

  • BSL Level 2 or higher
  • Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

We offer a competitive salary of £12.30 per hour, sleep-in rate of £83.50, and expenses and mileage paid.
