We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate BSL Female Support Worker to join our team at New Prospects.

As a BSL Female Support Worker, you will provide support and assistance to women with learning disabilities, enabling them to live independently and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide emotional support and guidance to women with learning disabilities
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores
  • Support women to develop their skills and interests
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure comprehensive support

Requirements:

  • BSL Level 2 or higher
  • Experience working with adults with learning disabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
