Tax Investigations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Investigations Manager to join our team at Robert Walters. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in providing a professional interface with our clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Investigations and Compliance
- Conduct thorough investigations into potential disciplinary complaints, gathering information from relevant parties and drafting comprehensive reports as necessary.
- Manage a caseload of investigations, taking personal responsibility for progress and ensuring timely conclusions.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management
- Respond to correspondence and telephone enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Develop and maintain effective systems and procedures to support casework, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.
- Professional Development and Support
- Provide guidance and advice to colleagues on matters related to tax investigations and compliance.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation, regulations, and industry developments to ensure expertise and knowledge.
- Professional Qualifications
- Hold a relevant professional qualification, such as a degree in law, accounting, or a related field.
- Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Experience and Knowledge
- Proven experience in tax investigations, compliance, or a related field.
- Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and industry standards.
