Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tax Manager to join our team at PRO-TAX RECRUITMENT LIMITED. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with a diverse range of clients, providing expert tax advice, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare tax advisory reports covering a wide range of tax-specific topics.
- Lead share restructuring projects and implement share schemes.
- Develop client exit strategies and identify tax planning opportunities.
- Communicate with clients on technical tax matters and represent them in dealings with HMRC.
- Manage HMRC enquiries into personal and corporate tax returns.
