Pro-Tax is seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our team in Milton Keynes. As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for providing expert tax advice to our clients and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare tax advisory reports on a wide range of tax-specific topics.
- Lead share restructuring projects and implement share schemes.
- Develop client exit strategies and identify tax planning opportunities.
- Communicate with clients on technical tax matters and represent them in dealings with HMRC.
- Manage HMRC enquiries into personal and corporate tax returns.
- CTA/ACA/ACCA qualification.
- Experience in tax advisory services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
