About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tax Manager to join our team at Pro-Tax Recruitment. As a Senior Tax Manager, you will be responsible for managing a designated portfolio of prestigious clients and delivering a first-class tax service with efficiency and effectiveness as key priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Build long-standing relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and issues, and providing advice on compliance obligations.
  • Tax Planning: Work with tax directors and partners to support the delivery of tax planning opportunities.
  • Team Development: Contribute to the growth of the wider team by providing on-the-job training and development of junior team members, including carrying out appraisals.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: CTA/ACA/ACCA qualified with at least 5 years post-qualification experience.
  • Technical Expertise: Ability to demonstrate strong technical corporate tax experience.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Alphatax Experience: Alphatax experience is desired but not essential - training can be given.
