We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director of Infrastructure: Estates to oversee the management of our physical infrastructure across various locations of the Trust.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement estate management strategies to ensure the efficient use of resources and minimize environmental impact.
- Oversee property occupancy, maintenance, and repairs, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Manage building and engineering capital projects, including design, construction, and technical commissioning.
- Lead and manage a team of estate management professionals, promoting a culture of continuous performance improvement.
- Work closely with clinical and administrative staff to ensure Trust properties are designed and equipped to support high-quality patient care.

Person Specification- Essential:
- Successful track record at Director of Senior Manager level within a large estates function.

- Desirable:
- Director level experience in an acute trust.
- Commercial sector experience.
