Job Summary

The Mid Yorkshire Teaching NHS Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director of Infrastructure for Estate to oversee the management of its physical infrastructure across the various locations of the Trust.

Main Responsibilities

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement estate management strategies to ensure the Trust's physical infrastructure meets the needs of its patients and staff.

Leadership: Lead and manage a team of estate management professionals to deliver high-quality services and achieve the Trust's objectives.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as budget and resource management.

Sustainability: Promote the efficient use of energy and resources, and support the development of sustainability initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of the Trust's estate.

Collaboration: Work closely with clinical and administrative staff to ensure Trust properties are designed and equipped to support the delivery of high-quality patient care.
