Job Summary
Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled Document Controller to join our team. As a Document Controller, you will be responsible for creating and managing documents for our clients in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain document templates and standards
- Convert project team information into user-friendly documents
- Number and label documents for identification and reference
- Scan, copy, and distribute documents to project team members and stakeholders
- Track documents to maintain confidentiality
- Review and revise documents for accuracy
- Liaise with project team members to ensure documents meet requirements
- Train document specialists and other employees on document systems
Requirements
- Experience in document control or a related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in document management software
