Reinsurance Wordings Specialist

Aon is seeking a skilled Reinsurance Wordings Technician II to join our Reinsurance Solutions Contracts team in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and finalizing formal documentation for treaty reinsurance agreements.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and review reinsurance contracts, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with brokers, clients, and markets to resolve contract-related issues.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and endorsing documentation for the London Market.
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory guidelines, and judicial decrees affecting reinsurance contracts.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a library of clauses.
- Participate in marketing presentations to prospective and existing clients.
- Gain industry knowledge through training and mentoring programs.
- Law graduate or experience in the industry, with a strong understanding of (re)insurance practices.
- Excellent written communication skills, including proficiency in English.
- Strategic and analytical thinker, with basic math proficiency and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and adaptable to proprietary systems.
- Nominal travel may be required.
