About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team at 23.5 Degrees Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our store, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of retail professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Store Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted, and that stockroom organization is maintained.
  • Loss Prevention: Identify and implement strategies to prevent loss and minimize shrinkage.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to team members, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience in a retail management role, with a strong track record of success.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills, with the ability to respond to customer needs and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
