Insurance Account Handler Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Account Handler to join our team in York. As an Insurance Account Handler, you will be responsible for supporting a designated client portfolio, acting as their first point of contact, building strong relationships, and supporting them with queries as they arise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support a designated client portfolio, acting as their first point of contact
  • Build strong relationships with clients and support them with queries as they arise
  • Work with clients both on the phone and face to face
  • Proactively use your initiative and entrepreneurial spirit to drive business growth
  • Work well with your team, have a positive outlook, and be engaging, collaborative, and resilient
