**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Black Press Media. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media marketing strategies to engage our audience and drive business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize campaign performance and improve engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrated marketing strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our marketing efforts are always innovative and effective.
  • Work closely with our content team to develop and implement content marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Manage and optimize our social media advertising budget to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.

**Requirements**

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media marketing.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing social media marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
