Restaurant Supervisor Opportunity at Boodles

Boodles is seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage team at the Club. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar environment and a friendly, customer-focused demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a smooth day-to-day running of the operations department regarding all service, health and safety, and supervision of Event operations.
  • Ensure a smooth day-to-day running of the beverage services regarding all service, health and safety, and supervision of restaurant operations.
  • Act as a point of contact for Event Members and guests for all assigned events, ensuring the utmost levels of service and satisfaction.
  • Effectively communicate, prioritize, and delegate tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role at Supervisory level is essential.
  • Strong experience in deluxe hospitality establishments or higher.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Previous experience of supervising and training staff.
  • Basic wine knowledge.
  • Experience of private dining/banqueting.
  • Reliable, professional, and good team player.
  • Excellent communication skills with good spoken and written English.
