Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior managers, kitchen staff, and restaurant team to plan and deliver exceptional service to guests.
  • Build strong relationships and effective communication with key departments.
  • Brief the restaurant team on business aspects and oversee service operations.
  • Ensure seamless opening and closing procedures.
