Risk Management Group Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced senior Risk leader to join our team at Coventry Building Society. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in leading our Risk Integration workstream and collaborating closely with senior risk leadership and various teams across the organization.
Your primary responsibility will be to deliver transformation and integration efforts to enhance our risk management capabilities, with a focus on workstream delivery and reporting. You will work closely with senior leadership to influence, support, and challenge our enterprise-wide risk management approach.
We are looking for a candidate with an in-depth knowledge of Risk management, large Change programmes, and an understanding of Scaled Agile Framework and/or other agile delivery. You will have experience of delivering change and transformation, and be highly credible in front of a senior audience.
You will be responsible for leading on integration, collaborating with a range of stakeholders, to deliver against our risk integration plans. You will also have the ability to engage and manage a wide range of stakeholders, listening and responding to challenges.
