About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Group Leader to join our Reliability Maintenance Engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of technicians to maintain and troubleshoot equipment across our global network of fulfilment centres.
  • Monitor processes to ensure compliance with regulations and policies, and implement preventative maintenance to increase equipment uptime.
  • Collaborate with the line manager to assist with administrative tasks and implement improvements to our systems and processes.
  • Work closely with the RME team to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment, and implement new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity.
About the Team

Our Reliability Maintenance Engineering team is responsible for maintaining and improving the performance of our equipment and processes. We work closely with other teams to ensure that our equipment is running at optimal levels, and that our processes are efficient and effective.

Requirements
  • Apprentice-trained with HNC, HND, NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
  • Relevant experience in a technical leadership role, with a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical disciplines.
  • Advanced proficiency in verbal and written local language and basic proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a multi-contractor and multi-site working environment.
  • Understanding of PLC-based controls systems and statutory compliance requirements.
  • Experience using computerised maintenance management systems to plan proactive maintenance and record reactive tasks.
