Job Description:
Job Summary:
We are working in partnership with a leading home care provider in Sheffield who are dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support. Due to their successes, they have been awarded a new contract with the local authority and are looking for a Registered Care Manager to assist them in managing the new workload.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Day-to-Day Management: As a Registered Care Manager, you will be responsible for the operational day-to-day management of your service, managing a team of staff and working in partnership with colleagues and senior management to ensure the provision of a high-quality service.
- Team Management: You will be responsible for managing a team of staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and training to provide high-quality care and support.
- Service Development: You will work with the senior management team to develop and enhance the service, ensuring it meets the needs of the individuals and the organisation.
Requirements:
- Experience: You will need to have experience as a Registered Care Manager in a domiciliary care setting.
- Qualifications: You will need to have a Level 5 in Health and Social Care or be working towards this.
- Driver's Licence: You will need to have a driver's licence with access to a car.
