Key Responsibilities:

• Administering medication accurately and in accordance with care plans

• Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident

• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatment

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
