We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Product Design Lead to join our team at Rmg Digital. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design direction for our digital products and services, ensuring they are visually appealing, functional, and meet business objectives.
- Develop and maintain our Design System, ensuring consistency across all digital channels.

- Oversee a small team of UX, UI, and brand designers, providing guidance and mentorship to help them grow in their roles.
