Job Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Heathrow Singapore Airlines. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our lounge areas, ensuring a high level of service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness during lounge operating hours, ensuring all areas are spotless and free of clutter.
  • Clear areas with minimal disruption to guests, using efficient and effective methods to complete tasks.
  • Vacuum and dust all surfaces, including upholstered furniture, carpets, and skirting boards.
  • Disinfect all wash areas, paying attention to corners and high-touch areas.
  • Clean and polish all hard floor surfaces, ensuring a high level of shine and cleanliness.
  • Ensure all touchpoint areas, including doors, taps, and handles, are clean and sanitized.
  • Dust ceiling air vents and ensure all areas are set up as briefed, meeting company standards.
Requirements
  • Cleaning experience, preferably in a hospitality or customer-facing environment.
  • Highly motivated and able to work on own initiative within a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
