Role Responsibility
  • Maintain cleanliness during lounge operating hours
  • Clear areas with minimum disruption to guests
  • Vacuum recesses in upholstered furniture, vacuum the carpets to remove all obvious soil, dirt, and crumbs
  • Dust all surfaces, fittings, frames, signage, and furniture below two meters
  • Dust and spot clean all skirting, dust wall surfaces
  • Wet mop and disinfect all wash areas, paying attention to corners
  • Clean and polish all hard floor surfaces
  • Clean and sanitize all touchpoint areas, doors, taps, handles, dispensers
  • Dust ceiling air vents
  • Ensure wash areas are set up as briefed and presentation is company standard
