Salary: £20.75 P/H + Paid Breaks + £500 Welcome Bonus by our Agency

Shifts: Full-Time (Days)

Hours: 36 – 48 per week

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse (RMN) to provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  2. Monitor residents' health and report changes to the care team.
  3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
  4. Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families.
  5. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  6. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and nursing standards.

Qualifications:

  1. Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RMN).
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  4. Previous experience in a nursing home or similar setting is preferred.
