Exciting Opportunity for a Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at a reputable nursing home in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical professionals
  • Monitor residents' health and report any changes to the care team
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and nursing standards
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Previous experience in a nursing home or similar setting is highly desirable
  • Experience of participating in quality and clinical governance programmes
  • Able to work under pressure and prioritize workload
  • Proficient in using IT and communication systems required for the role
