Job Summary:

Atlas Professionals is seeking a highly skilled Drilling and Well Control Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the development and implementation of drilling and well control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sit on the Development Board with Drilling Systems Team Members to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Hold the Software Manager accountable for meeting OTR development requirements.
  • Manage regular team meetings to discuss technical support and content development.
  • Provide customer demonstrations and ownership of all rig visits, including customer communication and account management.
  • Control new features and testing changes, as well as new content development.
  • Drive and implement new learning content, and participate in exhibitions as required.
  • Work with customers to ensure the product Development Roadmap is aligned to customer needs.
  • Regular travel to company locations and client sites.

Requirements:

  • Proactive, accurate, and acute attention to detail.
  • Previous drilling experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Problem-solving attitude and analytical thinking ability.
  • Passion for new product development and new technology.
