Job Summary:

Atlas Professionals is seeking a highly skilled Drilling and Well Control Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of drilling and well control strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sit on the Development Board with Drilling Systems Team Members to drive innovation and growth.
  • Hold the Software Manager accountable for meeting OTR development requirements.
  • Manage regular team meetings to ensure technical support and content development are aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide customer demonstrations and ownership of all rig visits, including customer communication and account management.
  • Control new features and testing changes, as well as new content development.
  • Drive and implement new learning content to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Participate in exhibitions and events to promote our products and services.
  • Work with customers to ensure the product Development Roadmap is aligned with customer needs.
  • Regular travel to company locations and client sites to ensure effective collaboration and communication.

Requirements:

  • Proactive, accurate, and acute attention to detail.
  • Previous drilling experience and excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and problem-solving attitude.
  • Passion for new product development and new technology.
  • Strong communication skills, excellent organizational and time management skills, and a positive attitude to dealing with people.
  • Ability to use own initiative, pay close attention to detail, and cope with competing demands.
