About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Strategist to join our team at Lombard Odier, a leading global wealth and asset manager. As a key member of our Product Development and Business Strategy team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and improving sales effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct in-depth analysis of sales results and customer analytics to inform go-forward sales strategy.
  2. Collaborate with the Senior Sales Strategist to develop and implement sales improvement initiatives.
  3. Identify opportunities to enhance data quality and process efficiency.
  4. Develop and facilitate sales planning sessions, ensuring effective documentation and delivery of resulting action plans.
  5. Build strong relationships with sales team members to drive successful work efforts.
  6. Liaise with internal departments to coordinate and deliver core business management activities.
  7. Participate in cross-functional projects as necessary, providing sales-related business requirements and guidance.
  8. Produce high-quality sales and business development presentations as required.
  9. Creation of one-off and ongoing reports to support sales and business development activities.
Your Profile
  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a strategy or sales role within an asset management organization.
  2. Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
  3. Technical knowledge of financial instruments and markets.
  4. In-depth knowledge of investment fund and financial regulations.
  5. Strong knowledge of the mutual fund market landscape.
  6. Ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative financial data and provide insightful positioning.
  7. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  8. Excellent analytical skills, offering insight into sales results and sales effectiveness.
  9. Advanced knowledge of Salesforce and Tableau.
