About the Role

We Are Adam is seeking an experienced Human Resources Transformation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in transforming our HR service delivery, improving processes, and enhancing the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead HR Operations Team: Build and lead a high-performing team that manages HR operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and spearheading process improvements.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize HR processes, ensuring they are efficient, effective, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee employee lifecycle management, including benefits administration, to ensure a seamless experience for employees.
  • Service Level Agreements (SLAs): Develop and maintain SLAs to ensure consistent HR service standards across the organization.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Use data-driven insights to recommend and implement solutions that enhance accuracy, reduce errors, and improve employee satisfaction.
  • Strategic Alignment: Work closely with stakeholders to align HR service delivery with strategic goals and objectives.
  • HR Technology: Leverage HRIS and other HR technologies to streamline workflows, staying ahead of the latest HR technologies and recommending solutions to enhance service delivery.
  • Compliance and Governance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and legal requirements, ensuring compliance across HR services.
  • Employee Satisfaction and Engagement: Serve as a champion for employee satisfaction and engagement, providing excellent HR service and promoting a positive, inclusive, and diverse workplace culture.
