Position Overview:

YunoJuno is seeking a Corporate Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for an individual with extensive knowledge in social media management and brand advocacy. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in orchestrating content and campaigns that effectively drive consumer engagement and purchasing behavior.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage client accounts, ensuring seamless processes and collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, working closely with strategy, creative, and program leads across various teams.
  • Engage in strategic discussions, demonstrating the ability to inspire creativity and innovation within the team.
  • Collaborate with an Account Manager, Community Manager, and Creative team to deliver exceptional social content that meets performance metrics.
  • Maintain effective communication with business leads, keeping them informed of project direction and any arising issues.
  • Work alongside a Project Manager to manage budgets and timelines, ensuring campaigns are executed on schedule and within financial parameters.
  • Utilize digital and social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement.
  • Lead complex projects, leveraging experience to navigate challenges and deliver results.
  • Exhibit strong commercial awareness, managing resources to ensure profitability while driving growth.
  • Understand the client's strategic context and develop tailored solutions that address their business needs.
  • Foster collaboration across teams to identify and implement innovative social solutions.
  • Take ownership of larger projects, ensuring accountability for the performance of the account team.
  • Manage client expectations effectively, particularly regarding additional work and associated costs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, using these connections to enhance project outcomes and explore new opportunities.
  • Focus on brand metrics, aligning operations to drive business success.
Contract Details:

This position is offered on a fixed-term contract basis, with compensation structured as an annual salary pro rata. The initial phase may commence on a freelance basis while contract formalities are finalized.
