Corporate Account Support Manager Position

We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage the relationship between Biffa and its corporate clients. The role involves overseeing financial performance, growth strategies, contractual negotiations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for corporate clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Implement business account plans and ensure contract compliance, driving revenue growth and customer retention
  • Develop and execute innovative solutions to meet the needs of corporate clients, identifying new business opportunities and managing tender processes
  • Resolve customer issues and maintain positive relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Experience in customer relationship management, with a proven track record of success
  • Valid driver's license, with a clean driving record
