Job Title: Streetworks Coordinator
Job Summary:
United Living Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Streetworks Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure services team, you will be responsible for submitting and managing highway permits and notices across England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland using the Aurora system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, submit, and maintain streetworks permits and notices.
- Coordinate all tasks related to permits and notices, including opening and closing permits, submitting works start and stop notifications, applying permit variations, and responding to modifications.
- Produce reports on all tasks as required.
- Assign permit conditions and ensure all works are completed within set SLAs.
- Ensure all works are compliant with NRSWA and address any issues or requests from relevant Local Authorities.
- Work closely with the project team to ensure works are completed within set timeframes and all relevant paperwork and photos are received from site.
- Liaise with Local Authorities and Traffic Management Companies.
- Prepare Traffic Management Applications and manage, investigate, and respond to S74 and Fixed Penalty Notices.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to internal and external enquiries from Local Authorities and the project team.
Requirements:
- Highly computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office and confident in managing and working with large data sets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain customer and internal relationships.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a positive attitude.
