Job Title: Streetworks Coordinator

Job Summary:

United Living Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Streetworks Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure services team, you will be responsible for submitting and managing highway permits and notices across England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland using the Aurora system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, submit, and maintain streetworks permits and notices.
  • Coordinate all tasks related to permits and notices, including opening and closing permits, submitting works start and stops, applying permit variations, and responding to modifications.
  • Produce reports on all tasks as required.
  • Assign permit conditions.
  • Ensure all works are completed within set SLAs and are compliant with NRSWA.
  • Work with the project team to ensure works are completed within set timeframes and all relevant paperwork and photos are received from site.
  • Liaise with local authorities and traffic management companies.
  • Prepare traffic management applications.
  • Manage, investigate, and respond to S74 and fixed penalty notices.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to internal and external enquiries.

Requirements:

  • Highly computer literate, including Microsoft Office and confident in managing and working with large data sets.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Organized and able to work to deadlines.
  • Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Able to develop and maintain customer and internal relationships.

Additional Information:

  • This is a full-time permanent role, 8am-5pm Monday to Friday from our Lingley Mere Office.
