Job Title: Streetworks Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Streetworks Coordinator to join our team at United Living Group. As a key member of our infrastructure services team, you will be responsible for submitting and managing highway permits and notices across England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland using the Aurora system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, submit, and maintain streetworks permits and notices.
  • Coordinate all tasks related to permits and notices, including opening and closing permits, submitting works start and stop notifications, applying permit variations, and responding to modifications.
  • Produce reports on tasks as required.
  • Assign permit conditions.
  • Ensure all works are completed within set SLAs and are compliant with NRSWA regulations.
  • Work with the project team to ensure works are completed within set timeframes and all relevant paperwork and photos are received from site.
  • Liaise with local authorities and traffic management companies.
  • Prepare traffic management applications.
  • Manage, investigate, and respond to S74 and fixed penalty notices.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to internal and external enquiries.

Requirements:

  • Highly computer literate, including Microsoft Office and confident in managing and working with large data sets.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience of working in the telecommunications or similar industry.
