The Shakespeare Birthplace Trust is seeking a highly skilled Duty Manager to support the delivery of exceptional visitor experiences across our Shakespeare Family Homes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day visitor operations, including the training and supervision of staff and volunteers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate visitor operations to ensure a world-class experience
  • Train and supervise staff and volunteers to maintain high standards
  • Ensure adherence to fire, security, Health & Safety, cash handling, and data protection protocols
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives
