Duty Manager

We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager to oversee the efficient and safe Front of House operations across all RSC Stratford venues, ensuring a world-class visitor experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Front of House team and welcome audiences to performances and events.
- Oversee building safety and ensure the well-being of staff and visitors.
- Provide a genuine welcome, assist visitors in resolving problems, and oversee their safety.
- Ensure the safe and smooth running of all on-site activity, taking charge in emergencies and responding to incidents.
- Previous duty management experience in an arts or visitor attraction with a visitor capacity exceeding 500 people.
- Experience working within a visitor experience environment at a supervisory/managerial level.
- Infectious enthusiasm, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to identify and solve problems.
- Knowledge of Front of House systems, including safety, fire, security, and terrorism procedures.
- Flexibility and availability to cover RSC operating hours.
- A permanent, part-time position with either 21 or 28 hours per week.
- Additional paid overtime may be available.
