About the Role
The Therapy Services Manager will form part of the Senior Management Team of the hospital, with full accountability for both inpatient and day care services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate therapy services to ensure compliance with statutory regulations, quality standards, and key performance indicators.
- Ensure that all colleagues receive clinical supervision in accordance with professional guidelines.
- Carry out management supervision as appropriate.
- Participate in on-call duties as directed by the Hospital Director.
