Job Description

We are seeking a Researcher or Junior Researcher to join our Consultancy Team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in research and analysis, with experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative research using a range of methods.

The ideal candidate will be able to communicate complex ideas effectively, establish positive working relationships with people from diverse professional backgrounds, and prioritize and plan work to tight deadlines.

The Researcher or Junior Researcher will support our clients by:

  • Drafting research tools, evaluation frameworks, and analysis plans.
  • Conducting qualitative research, including interviews, document reviews, and focus groups.
  • Managing analysis processes, including creating coding frameworks and summarizing data in Excel.
  • Supporting clients with day-to-day relationships, including attending meetings and providing project updates.

We offer a competitive salary range of £26,520-£29,580 (Junior) or £28,560-£31,000 (Researcher), depending on experience.
