About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Qualitative Researcher to join our Research and Strategy team at ENI – Elizabeth Norman International. As a Qualitative Researcher, you will be responsible for designing and conducting qualitative fieldwork, including face-to-face focus groups, workshops, interviews, and ethnography, often with children and young people in educational settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and conduct qualitative fieldwork, including focus groups, workshops, interviews, and ethnography, with children and young people in educational settings.
  • Line manage a team of 2 researchers.
  • Project manage and deliver full-service qualitative research projects, including client management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Support the internal sales team with business development, including proposal writing, credential decks, and pitching.
  • Contribute to trend research and deliver high-quality deliverables, such as reports, films, and infographics.

You will be joining a small, dynamic research team at ENI – Elizabeth Norman International, a purpose-led communications agency specializing in social impact research. Our team is passionate about creating positive change and making a difference in the lives of young people and communities.
