Salary: Up to £38,000

We are collaborating with a prominent independent financial guidance organization in the UK, which is looking to enhance its research division by adding a new Senior Qualitative Research Executive. This role presents a distinctive chance to transition into a research position within the financial services sector, even if you do not possess specific industry experience. Since its establishment in 2015, the organization has seen significant growth, with over 1 million active users benefiting from its services. Their objective is to inform as many individuals as possible about entering the investment landscape, utilizing user feedback to assess various plans available across the UK.

Role Overview

We are in search of a Senior Research Executive who has a background in qualitative research and a keen interest in the investments and pensions domain. You will be part of a well-established research and insights team, responsible for managing and executing tailored qualitative research projects employing diverse methodologies. While qualitative expertise is crucial, familiarity or enthusiasm for mixed methods research will be considered an advantage. Your responsibilities will encompass research design, fieldwork, analysis, and reporting, working collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to provide high-quality insights. This position offers the chance to specialize in financial research and accelerate your career within the finance sector.

Candidate Profile

We seek a market researcher proficient in qualitative techniques, who is organized, adept at project management, and experienced in crafting screeners and discussion guides. You should demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and confidence in client interactions. While experience in the UK investments and pensions field is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite.
