About the Role

The Head of Revenue Optimization will be responsible for developing and implementing effective yield strategies and fleet allocation based on future demand forecast, current and historical trends. You will lead, coach and develop talent across a broad team including Revenue Managers and Analysts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement revenue optimization strategies to maximize in-year revenue delivery.
  • Lead and manage a team of Revenue Managers and Analysts to achieve commercial objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing and Operations, to drive business growth and success.
  • Embed and cultivate revenue optimization practices across the business.
  • Utilize market intelligence, analytics, financial data and scenario planning to inform revenue optimization strategies.

What You'll Need

  • A proven track record of success in Revenue Management or Commercial revenue optimization.
