Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Digital Programme Director to lead the delivery of our Digital Strategy. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale programmes and projects, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the Digital Strategy, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organisational goals
  • Lead a team to deliver on clearly defined targets, with a focus on technical and business change
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to drive digital transformation
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures, including equality and diversity
Requirements
  • Degree-level education or equivalent experience
  • Certifications in Programme or Project Management (MSP, APM, PRINCE2)
  • Commitment to achieving Chartered Management Institute membership
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
