- Administer the claims process, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
- Previous phone-based customer service experience (minimum 1 year).
- Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Full training and ongoing support provided.
- A competitive starting salary of £27,500, with the potential to increase to £30,000 after successful completion of probation.
