About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Customer Service Agent to join our team at Neilson Financial Services. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, handling inbound and outbound calls, and contributing to the improvement of our service offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Adhere to processes and procedures for all service-related matters, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Contribute to projects designed to enhance the service offered by the business.
  • Administer the claims process, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
Requirements
  • Previous phone-based customer service experience (minimum 1 year).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Full training and ongoing support provided.
