We are seeking an experienced Orthoptist to join our team at The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust. As an Orthoptist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality orthoptic services to patients, including assessing, diagnosing, and managing orthoptic conditions.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide orthoptic services to patients, including assessments, diagnoses, and management of orthoptic conditions.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Develop and implement treatment plans to meet the needs of patients.
- Conduct research and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- Registered Orthoptist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Experience in orthoptics, including adult and pediatric patients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
