Key Responsibilities:- Conduct Field Visits and Investigations: Conduct field visits and investigations across multiple sites as required, gathering and assessing information to support our licensing operations.
- Support Licensing Operations: Provide support to our licensing officers in investigations and the administration of license applications, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Process Licensing Applications: Process applications for Temporary Event Notices and taxi/private hire licensing, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
- Provide Expert Advice: Provide accurate advice on all aspects of licensing, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.
- Record Management: Maintain up-to-date and accurate records, ensuring that all data is secure and compliant with relevant regulations.
- Workload Management: Manage your workload effectively to meet targets and service demands, prioritizing tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Discretion and Integrity: Ensure that all duties are carried out with discretion, integrity, and in compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
- Qualifications: A minimum of 5 qualifications equivalent to NVQ level 2 or GCSE Grade C/4 or above, including Maths and English.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to remain calm and confident in challenging situations.
- Time Management: Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage your workload effectively.
- Technology Skills: Competence in using a range of technology and software packages, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Flexible Working: Agile working arrangements, allowing a mix of home and office working.
- Flexible Hours: Flexible working hours, with the ability to work at various Publica Group locations as required.
- Additional Benefits: 27 days paid annual leave (pro rata if you are working part-time) plus bank holidays and an extra two volunteering days off a year for you to support a charity of your choice.
