Prosecutions and Regulatory Litigation Lawyer Role

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Prosecutions and Regulatory Litigation Lawyer to join our growing legal services team at Sellick Partnership Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling criminal prosecutions matters, taxi licensing and enforcement, trading standards, fraud, and advocacy at court.



Key Responsibilities

  • Handling a range of criminal prosecutions matters on behalf of Barnsley Council.
  • Managing taxi licensing and enforcement cases.
  • Dealing with trading standards and fraud matters.
  • Providing advocacy at court.


Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a private practice or public sector background. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling complex litigation cases, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
