About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to join our UK team at Aviva. As a key member of our Global Architecture team, you will play a critical role in defining and leading on technology direction for our Marketing & Social Media strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain technology strategy and roadmaps for Aviva's existing and developing MarTech estate.
  • Work closely with senior representatives from our best-in-class business areas to understand technology trends and select the right foundations for Aviva.
  • Accountable for developing and maintaining technology strategy and roadmaps for Aviva's existing and developing MarTech estate.
  • Collaborate with a broad variety of research organizations and suppliers to understand technology trends and select the right foundations for Aviva.
Requirements
  • Strong Enterprise Architecture skills, with demonstrable coverage of marketing technology, strategy, and roadmaps.
  • Recent and deep experience in relevant technologies, including product vendor roadmaps.
  • Track record of operating at senior levels within a large, regulated business, ideally within Financial Services.
  • Financial competence to support development of investment propositions and to inform key design decisions.
  • Ability to think long-term strategically and operationally - anticipating future trends/needs.
What We Offer
  • National Salary up to £87,100. London Salary up to £120,600 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
