About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Project Manager to join our team at Ekim Consulting. As a key member of our Business Analysis & PMO Practice, you will be responsible for delivering project and programme outcomes through a blend of bespoke Search, Interim Management, Consulting & Advisory services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Delivery: Own the full project life-cycle for specific projects from initiation through to end delivery, taking into consideration planning, coordination, implementation, execution, and control of the full digital project.
  • Strategic Alignment: Ensure projects are delivered ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals.
  • Financial Management: Be responsible for managing project budgets, ensuring no over/under spends beyond agreed tolerances.
  • Team Leadership: Build and maintain motivated teams, ensuring an iterative plan for them to work towards.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage, engage, and lead a range of stakeholders at all levels.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable Track Record: A proven track record of digital innovation and digital transformation project management and delivery.
  • Financial Management: Financial management skills, including budget management and controls.
  • Leadership Skills: Well-developed influencing and communication skills.
  • Project Management Qualification: Prince2 or equivalent project management qualification (desirable but not essential).
