About the Role:
As a Digital Project Manager at Ekim Consulting Limited, you will be responsible for the overall delivery of digital projects in line with our client's strategic objectives. This is a hybrid working role, requiring you to be onsite 2-3 days per week as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full project life-cycle from initiation to delivery, ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals.
- Own project budgets, ensuring no over/under spends beyond agreed tolerances.
- Manage the handover to Business As Usual (BAU) teams to maintain production stability.
- Build and maintain motivated teams, developing iterative plans for them to work towards.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable track record of digital project management and delivery.
- Ability to manage, engage, and lead a range of stakeholders at all levels.
- Financial management skills, including budget management and controls.
- Ability to develop complex plans managing multiple suppliers and dependencies.
- Well-developed influencing and communication skills.
- Prince2 or equivalent project management qualification (desirable but not essential).
