Job Title: Head of Digital

STEM Learning is seeking an experienced Head of Digital to join their team in York. As a senior leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a digital and technological strategy to ensure the organization meets its current and future business needs.

About the Role

The Head of Digital will lead and inspire several teams, including Service Support, Digital Products, BI & Data, Software Engineering, and Compliance. Your key deliverables will include achieving a user-centred, purpose-driven approach to digital transformation, maximising the use of data and technology to enhance STEM Learning's impact and reach, and advocating the value and potential of technology internally and externally.

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and implement an innovative digital, data, and technology strategy with multiple transformation roadmaps.
  • Create a first-class IT support experience for internal and external user groups.
  • Advocate the use of technology to enable efficient internal and external collaboration.
  • Lead on the design and implementation of accurate and robust data analytics and reporting frameworks.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to teams within the department, ensuring they have the necessary skills, resources, and support to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
  • Ensure the infrastructure is robust, data is protected, and services are scalable and secure, meeting applicable governance, compliance, and legal requirements.
